Thoughts to Ponder are my musings regarding community, things of the Spirit, and living as a Christ-follower. I don't offer the words of a professional or an expert; just a fellow traveler and explorer. Please don't take my musings more serious than I do. I've discovered a long time ago that I do not hold the keys of knowledge or wisdom. If I did, I misplaced them somewhere...typical.

Dad's In A Room

Hey everyone! Dad has been unplugged from all of the junk in ICU and they've moved him to a private room! Please continue to pray for his health--especially for his restoration both in his mind and in his spirit. We are hoping that a private room where he can begin to distinguish day from night (as opposed to ICU where hours run together) and the removal of all of the equipment will help him become clearer.

Thanks for your prayers. And please understand: prayer is the most effective thing you can do!

Blessings!

Darryl

I appreciate the contrast you drew between your dad being disconnecting from the tubes of ICU and re-connected to his familiar world of sunlight and family.

As you said, prayer is one of the strongest bonds of love.

We are joined with all of you in prayer.
